At 100% College Prep Institute, we believe leadership is cultivated through opportunity, mentorship, and community engagement. Our Leadership Groups are designed to help Black and African American youth in San Francisco become active citizens and assume leadership roles in their schools and neighborhoods.

These groups are more than extracurricular activities—they are transformational spaces where students build confidence, develop public speaking and advocacy skills, and learn to lead with purpose.
